Pretty new hotel, with all required amenities and good price. Great buffet breakfast (included), but they were slow at dinner.

Nice place the rooms are nice they have a mini gym and a small pool . Only down side is the room's don't have a fridge but hey they have a safe.
We really enjoyed our stay there, the rates was great, excellent customer service, the front desk persons help us when we needed, the staff was friendly and courteous, the building was very clean on the outside as well as the inside, the swimming pool small but clean and beautiful, the food so delicious. Overall we will stay at Best Western Plus Aeropuerto Monclova- Frontera again.
Clean rooms with a secure, gated parking area. The hotel allowed us to keep our dogs in the room, though green space was lacking. We ordered room service from the onsite restaurant and it came promptly and tasted delicious. They even accommodated a diet with food restrictions. The only fault is that the location is next to a highway and a busy factory, so there was a good bit of noise.
